Admission Policy

The Quantitative Economics Program is a special program in the Division of Economics aiming to equip students with mathematical modeling techniques (microeconomics/macroeconomics) and data analysis techniques (statistics/econometrics), fostering in them high-level analytical skills necessary to solve real issues. Students in the Program should have basic mathematical knowledge and a desire to work in a government post, a position in an international organization, or a similar occupation that requires them to present tangible solutions to national- and international-level political, economic, and social issues. Courses in this Program are in principle taught in English.
